What this tool does
NexKit Image to PDF creates one PDF from supported JPG, PNG, and static WebP images. One image becomes a one-page PDF, and multiple images become a single multi-page PDF in the order you choose.
The MVP includes Auto, A4, and Letter page sizes, automatic or forced page orientation for fixed page sizes, Fit and Fill placement modes, and simple margin choices. Auto page size matches the image aspect ratio with a reasonable PDF page long edge instead of treating pixels as print points.
How to convert images to PDF
Open the Image to PDF page, choose one or more supported images, then review their names, dimensions, and order. Use Move up, Move down, and Remove to set the PDF page order before creating the output.
Choose page size, orientation, fit mode, and margin settings, then create the PDF in your browser. Fit keeps the whole image visible. Fill covers the page content area and clips overflow at the margin boundary.
Supported formats and layout
This release supports JPEG, PNG, and static WebP images. GIF, SVG, HEIC, HEIF, AVIF, APNG, animated WebP, and unknown formats are not supported. Animated formats are rejected instead of silently keeping one frame.
JPEG and PNG inputs are embedded without intentional pixel re-encoding when possible. JPEG files that rely on EXIF orientation may be re-encoded at high quality to preserve visible orientation. Static WebP is converted internally to PNG for PDF embedding so transparency can be preserved.
Privacy and local processing
Images and the generated PDF are processed locally in your browser for this tool. NexKit does not upload selected images, generated PDF blobs, source filenames, or image metadata to a server for this workflow.
Source image privacy metadata such as EXIF and GPS-related EXIF data is not intentionally copied into the generated PDF. This tool is not a forensic metadata wipe and does not guarantee complete anonymity.

Are my images uploaded?
No. Image to PDF converts supported images locally in your browser. The selected images and generated PDF are not uploaded to NexKit servers by this tool.

Static WebP is decoded in the browser and converted internally to PNG before embedding in the PDF. Animated WebP is rejected.
What happens to EXIF and GPS metadata?
Source image privacy metadata such as EXIF and GPS-related EXIF data is not intentionally copied into the generated PDF. This is not a forensic anonymization guarantee.
Why might some JPEGs be re-encoded?
JPEGs that rely on EXIF orientation may be re-encoded at high quality so their visible orientation stays correct after privacy metadata is removed.
Can I convert HEIC to PDF?
No. HEIC and HEIF are outside this MVP and are rejected.
Can I create a password-protected PDF?
No. Password protection, encryption, PDF/A, OCR, and PDF metadata editing are not part of this MVP.
